The map coordinates show this, as do some of the photos, as the bridge that passes over the Rio Porma; which is the fantastic Puente Ingente with its twenty arch span. Walking the Camino it takes you over the new pedestrian bridge and gives you good views of the bridge. However, there is also a very nice, although much smaller bridge crossing the Rio Esla as you exit Mansilla de las Mulas. This one affords you excellent views back to the old city walls as you cross. There is also a fine pilgrims cross to the left just before you cross the bridge.
