Went here to witness the sunset and the Death Pool experience. Camping here is free but if you have a car, you have to pay 100 pesos for the parking fee. It gets too crowded during peak season and so you cant really enjoy a photo op moment as there's a lot of photo bombers everywhere. The travel experience in... More

Firstly Cabangaoan isn't located in the province of Ilocos Norte. It's on the west coast of Pangasinan, south of The Hundred Islands & Bolinao and north of Zambales. Don't expect a three lane highway to get here though. It's remote and off the beaten track and will take around 45 minutes to an hour to get there from Burgos town... More

First. Access road to Cabongaoan This was the most ridiculous trip our friends have ever had. The long route going to Cabongaoan is okay, that's a given- cant complain about that. But the disappointment is on the poor road construction. Not even properly constructed at all. Second. Dirty, crowded environment The fact that they collect 100/pax as entrance and 500... More

Tips 1. It is not really a white sand beach... the sand is fine but close to color gold. :) 2. From the town of Burgos, you're gonna spend 45mins to an hour on a rough road to reach the beach. (Really hassle for now as the roads are still under construction.. so If you're not in for this kind... More

The place isn't for the common tourist looking for luxury and comfort. The road going to Cabo from Burgos town is partly cemented and the rest is rough road. Most of the resort on the place still needs further improvement (i.e. the shades and cottages available as well as their room for rent). If these small issues doesn't bother you... More

We went there early November, my partner and I with his office mates. It was agreat experience. Beautiful sand, amazing water and magnificent view. It's not the whitest sand, not the most crystal clear water. But it was serene and clean. You can bring your tent and experience camping or you can rent one of those kubos with cable TV.... More

I just want to share our 2day vacation to Cabongaoan Beach, i've been to many beaches but this one is what you can say a "complete package". It's not only the beach Cabongaoan has to offer but it has also lagoon, grotto and great landscape. Camp also is very affordable and hospitable people (Roven's Place - name of the camp).... More

Not as popular as Patar Beach, but I think it is as beautiful. No big resorts/structures. Most of the places to stay at are made of bamboo/light materials which I think is very suitable for the beach. This beach is as simple as it gets. The road to this beach is quite long and some parts are not cemented. There... More
