This church is some half an hour walk from the bus stop and a 10 minutes walk from Groensalen. The church is in the middle of a churchyard (very well groomed) and has wonderful frescos. Sheets in Danish, English and German explain the different scenes....More

The frescos are painted mostly in earth colors (yellow, orange and red colors) on white background. The earliest frescos, were painted around 1350. Earlier the frescos were covered by plaster for many generations.
