Quite amazing history and well preserved to get a good idea of the old days. Incredible how hard people worked in the old days all in the hope of a better future.

A fascinating look into the mining and brick-making history of the region. Some heart-wrenching stories of disaster and bravery coupled with remnants of the old works and mines. Toilets also available which is a good plus. Unmanned and totally free, open any time.
