Overview
More
Australia's largest and most beautiful inland waterways, the Gippsland Lakes are a network of lakes, marshes and lagoons covering over 600 square kilometres. The Lakes are separated from the ocean by coastal dunes known as Ninety Mile Beach. Bird and marine life thrive here, with lake dolphins and pelicans frequenting many locations.

the apartment was great value. The local seafood is wonderful value. The center business part of Lake Entrance is mostly accommodation & caravan parks. The local must live in the suburb

Thanks to people at Tourist Information we booked a lunch at Metung cruide that made our outing an 11am - 4pm day out. Very pleasant but do not hurry eating your lunch as walking around Metung does not take that long!
