This would be of great interest to anyone with Chinese-Australian heritage or anyone interested in Australian history in general. Well presented and comprehensive with some exquisite craftwork displayed. Make sure you checkout the carved jade coach ..... all 2.2 tonne of it!!!

The Golden Dragon Museum contains many little known facts about the Chinese arrival and life on the gold fields of Bendigo, as well as housing the large ceremonial dragons. More suited to adults as there are many items to read.

Has improved immensely since my previous visit to the old headquarters in the 1940's. Is extremely well presented with a large number of exhibits & the coffee shop & gift shop are worth a visit

Wow what a great experience. The age of these incredibly beautiful artifacts is hard to fathom and this year the will introduce a third Chinese dragon. The gardons are a quaint addition to the small but full museum. A lovely cultural experience.

John Wade 29 has nailed the various prices. It’s actually cheap considering the quality of the attraction. Make sure you pay the fee for the local guide as the experience is so much richer.
