Every time I return to my home state I have to visit Gourlays, the familiar heavenly smells that envelope me like a warm blanket and my favourite lollies and chocolates from childhood are something I just cannot miss !!

tucked away behind the accommodation this shop should be on part of a historic trail, to this day making chocolates and sweets the old fashion way the owner was pleasant and willing to discuss the history of the area as well,

Fun visit with the family. We were all big kids in a choc shop. Choc Easter bunnies had just been made. The shop had an amazing chocolate aroma, the moment you step inside.

In the Quadrant Mall at Launceston sits this fab chocolate and sweet shop. Lots of sweets from my childhood and the handmade chocolates were fabulous. Service excellent you just have to go. A Launceston institution.

Some of the best toffee I've ever tasted and the Walnut Creams demand a star of their own. Friendly and helpful staff and the delightful aromas of the sweets make this experience a must for all toffee/sweet lovers.
