A wine experience like no other! Visit our Pokolbin Cellar Door and enjoy a Premium Wine Tasting tailored to suit your wine preferences. Attend a food and wine pairing themed masterclass and explore 6 premium wines matched to a Degustation Tasting Plate of 6 small bites - Guided by our wine expert held each Sunday. A friend of mine invited me to a Shiraz Masterclass. Lily was the lady running it. It was very informative, the food matching and explanations were top notch. A wonderful experience.

Dropped by for a tasting and we were treated to some beautiful wines, led by our fantastic host Geoff. Geoff walked us through an amazing tasting experience, showcasing a depth of knowledge on wines and the vineyards. Highly recommend this as a stop in the Hunter Valley to anyone looking for a great tasting experience with genuine people and some beautiful big reds amongst the classic Hunter varietals.

When visiting the Hinter Valley a visit to Saddlers Creek is a must.
These guys have one of the best Liqueur Muskets in the valley.
Great hosts and very knowledgeable.

We went to this winery back in 2013 and have just fallen in love with these guys! We became members a few years ago a do not regret a second. Best wines and great characters 🍷

Treated myself and mum to the premium wine tasting experience. This is my new favourite winery. it was a very relaxing, not rushed tasting experience with each wine bought out separate to enjoy rather than being lined up to try all. We could have easily enjoyed another hour or so. The service and wines are 5/5. Look forward to a return visit.
