We had a family weekend over Easter at Pokolbin. We arranged Tex to take us around for 2 days. He is so knowledgeable and so much fun. We wante d him to join us for tasting and lunch. FANTASTIC DAY had on our wine tour with Tex, great way to celebrate my 50th birthday with a group of 10. He was on time, funny & didn't rush us. Every winery was pre-booked which made the experience easy & relaxing. He recommended the Irish Pub for lunch & I'm glad we took up his recommendation, as it exceeded our expectations. As a group of eight friends we had a fantastic day visiting wineries with Tex a couple of weeks ago. The tour was at an enjoyable pace and Tex kept his cool all day even though it was a balmy 48 degrees! Lots of laughs were shared all day and the wine information was very interesting and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommend Tex Tours and also book the tour again some time in the future.
