All-inclusive Morning Wine Tour in Orange

8 reviews
With Uncork Orange we provide fun, intimate, small group tours surrounding the beautiful area around Orange. Our guides are all locally based and knowledgeable about the Orange area and the wonderful wines and food we produce here.
With Uncork Orange it doesn’t matter if you are a novice or a connoisseur when it comes to wine tasting. We will guide you through how wine is made and what grape varietals are grown in the area.
The three wineries we will visit are all family owned wineries and every winery has unique wines that are subtly different from each other.
We will spend approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes at each winery. At the winery you will typically sample between 4 – 6 wines (this is the fun part!). At some of these wineries you will be able to look out over the vineyard where the grapes are grown that has made the wine you will be drinking.
All tasting fees are included in the price.
We provide complimentary water and snacks on board.

We discovered Patina wine when dinning at the Old school house - Union Bank it’s was matched with our food so perfectly. So we had to try these beautiful wines while visiting orange. Tasting is set up in the gorgeous cabana out the back with an open fire a stunning landscaped garden. If your a Chardonnay lover like me you won’t be disappointed! Reserve Chardonnay ticketed all my boxes!

Gorgeous garden setting. The owner himself walks through the tables to chat and comment on the tasting notes. Very warm and relaxed experience. Loved their scandalous Riesling and the sticky tea dessert wine. Would definitely recommend a stop here if in Orange.

What a gem! This was recommended to us by a local. Absolutely fantastic, beautiful wines, with some age to them and at very reasonable prices for the quality. The staff person was friendly and relaxed, very knowledgable. We will be back! Gerald, the wine maker, is a true talent!

We beelined for this winery after drinking the Chardonnay at Charred. Easy to find - situated between Orange and Lucknow - this lovely little winery is well worth a visit. Felix looked after us and I really enjoyed the tasting and his lovely relaxed style and stories about the wine and winery. We waved to Gerald the wine-maker who was on his way to the vineyard. The house and gardens are truly gorgeous and we were invited to take a walk around outside which we did. Would be a great spot to bring a picnic to enjoy after the wine tasking ... next time! The wines were all great - but the Chardy was my absolute favourite!

Patina wines were second last on our tour and we are so glad we were able to experience it. Winemaker Gerald invites you to his luxury home, what accompanies the delicious wine. Great and friendly conversation, you can see he truly loves what he does. The garden was stunning and you could feel the welcoming atmosphere.
