All-inclusive Morning Wine Tour in Orange

8 reviews
With Uncork Orange we provide fun, intimate, small group tours surrounding the beautiful area around Orange. Our guides are all locally based and knowledgeable about the Orange area and the wonderful wines and food we produce here.
With Uncork Orange it doesn’t matter if you are a novice or a connoisseur when it comes to wine tasting. We will guide you through how wine is made and what grape varietals are grown in the area.
The three wineries we will visit are all family owned wineries and every winery has unique wines that are subtly different from each other.
We will spend approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes at each winery. At the winery you will typically sample between 4 – 6 wines (this is the fun part!). At some of these wineries you will be able to look out over the vineyard where the grapes are grown that has made the wine you will be drinking.
All tasting fees are included in the price.
We provide complimentary water and snacks on board.

We enjoyed our tasting today. The staff were welcoming and took the time to explain each wine to us as we went. Purchased a Rosè and looking forward to opening it when we get home!

Visited Philip Shaw Wines for my birthday. Enjoyed the 4 wines selected for tasting and then tried another 3 of my own choice. Small charcuterie plate was lovely and consisted of local produce. Came away with half a dozen bottles. Well worth a visit.

A beautiful setting and attentive service. We chose a tasting plate to go with the wines - just delicious, particularly the cheese.

While the grounds are lovely, the service we recieved was inattentive as we were an afterthought from the start. Groups who arrived after us had come and gone while we were still half way through the 'tasting'. I made this clear to the staff on our departure and while they apologised, it seemed forced rather than sincere. The tasting plate may have been the only redeeming feature but at 20/pp with less than memorable wines - we would have rather spent our money elsewhere.

Paid $20 for really enjoyable tasting and small charcuterie plate. Nick was a great host explaining the wines and made it really enjoyable. Highly recommend for the experience and importantly some great wines.
