we took our grandchildren to the fort and were overwhelmed by the park area and the views back towards Newcastle and beaches. If you are a keen photographer or just love scenic views and or a picnic this is a fabulous place to visit.

Great viewing point along the Bathers Way. Especially good during whale migration seasons. WW2 history of the fort also highly interesting.
