Anyone visiting Newcastle should experience the Anzac Memeorial walk, the views are incredible. If you are reasonably fit you can incorporate it into a walk from Merewether Beach. The Anzac walk is accessible to everyone from the top car park. Enjoy !!

We loved it, it was not too bad of a walk, some steps but managed. Views were great, great ocean views. Worth a trip

This was definitely well done. and interesting. The view was excellent. We went from the carpark end, which appeared to be the easier walk. And it is definitely a good spot for photos.

You can exercise while you learn. A very good display with great views of Newcastle. There's also a challenging walk with steps if you like a bit of exercise.

This walk has some of the best views over the sea in Newcastle. It is quite accessible and highly recommended.

Not long about 500m but it links the coast walk from Newcastle beach up the hill and Bar beach... it's stunning and there's lots of information and art work so it's really engaging

I wouldn’t recommend it in winter when it’s cold but otherwise nonissue if it’s windy as very safe. You may also get a chance to see the hang gliders launching off the top which is great to see 😊
