The gardens are always a pleasure to visit, no matter the season they’re always beautiful. We’ve also captured many a wedding or family photo shoot in here as it’s such consistent lighting and always well maintained.

Lovely gardens to the west end of the town. Superb spot for a picnic, or just a stroll. Well maintained and a joy in the sunshine. Top spot all year round.

You will love to stop to enjoy these lovely gardens. Great spot for a picnic. Grab a sandwich and coffee, take the kids to play safely. Great children’s park within. Highly recommended.

These gardens are immaculate all year round. They have a wonderful sectioned off playground for young children with lots of interactive things for them to do. Absolutely worth a visit and a walk around.

A good place to stop for a walk, with some interesting trees and plants, and a small but well done children's section. If you want a longer walk just head towards the nearby park along the river. We spent about an hour between the two.
