Visited on Wednesday 2nd May. While we were walking around Invercargill looking at all the old building we came across the City Galley in the former Public Trust Building. A good example of some of the many Heritage Buildings still surviving in Invercargill today.

I was really impressed with the new gallery space and the contemporary exhibitions on show. Well done to a small group of artists for creating it, a place worth visiting when next in Invercargill.

I went here to see the woodworkers show, but found out there was so much more going on at this beautiful gallery. Highly recommend visiting this place, and coming back regularly, as the events there are great.
