Better than Riccarton mall by far. Adequate parking facilities and choice of two supermarkets, two food courts, and a good variety of stores. Avoid on rainy days.

Large court with far better seating availability than the biggest mall, Riccarton. Better parking too and more shops than you’ll ever need. Grey northwest location.

The shopping mall is nice to shop. Can spend half a day shopping there. Also, went with my wife to watch Avengers @ Hoyts Cinema there. It's awesome!

My husband and I always shop at this mall when in Christchurch, they have a huge Pack and Save Grocery, nice Warehouse, (this store is similar to Wal-Mart back home) and some tasty little restaurants, "Shake and Shed" is my favorite for delicious ice cream...More

Good selection of shops. Could do with a few directories around. Mostly 1 level. Largish food hall down the south end, much smaller one at the other end. A Farmers and 2 supermarkets, PaknSav and Countdown Warm on a cold day.

Mall shopping is not my favourite pastime but at least at Northlands it is never too crowded, there is a good range of shops and I always feel I am getting exercise as I walk the length of the mall.

Previous reviews would appear well deserved. Surly, dirty, tired and worn out. In need of tlc. Staff in desperate need of attitude adjustment.
