We were told the scaffolding was all down, but when we arrived, they had put it back up. I'm sure it's beautiful, but we just couldn't see it! We did stop in one of the buildings for a coffee, and it was nice.

The colourful buildings are lovely and the food and drink choices are all delicious. This is a street not to be missed.

This area is quaint with many different shops and cafes. Don't miss it while you are in Christchurch

A street full of places to eat, you are hard pushed to make a choice! The buildings reflect each other across the street and are painted reflecting colours.

Walking distance from the centre of Christchurch. The tram runs down the middle of the street which was great to see. Lovely old building which was nice to see which gives character to Christchurch.

Went there on a bit of a blustery day and really nothing there, perhaps a cafe and an ice cream shop but apart from that nothing really to entice. If you have it on your itinerary allow 5 minutes

A charming pedestrian street (only shared with the tramway) where you can find good quality shops and food places. Glad to live nearby !

Very pleasant - lots of cafes and little shops. Still undergoing rebuilding work but has good potential. Sunday night - very 'dead' - not much open and a bit unpleasant. During the day iti is quite vibrant.
