I was expecting to see a lot more leaflets than you can get anywhere else. The building is beautiful. Check out the fudge shop at the back and there is nice toilets in the building.More

Thanks for your review. Fudge Cottage is indeed excellent, and our public toilets are nice. We have around 500 leaflets and brochures on display, of which around 180 are for Christchurch, but we unfortunately don't have leaflets for everything local - if asked about things...More

I booked all my excursions and transportation tickets thru the office. They were extremely helpful, full of advice, and the i-SITE offices throughout New Zealand are the best I’ve ever encountered in the world. Kudos to the government for having these throughout the country.

Wonderful to see most of the buildings have been restored not just built new. This is part of the arts centre of town so really a must spend time here. The city tram stops right outside of it.

We paid the i-Site several visits whilst in Christchurch for two weeks and, on each occasion staff were excellent and took time helping us make a variety of bookings. All of this helped to make our stay so much more interesting and memorable.

We went here twice. The first when we arrived to find out what to do around Christchurch and the second to book activities for Queenstown. Both visits were informative and the staff were helpful. Great place to start your holiday.

Chocked full of information for all New Zealand. Housed in an interesting, repurposed building with retail, coffee and candy shops. Changing outside exhibit space adds an interesting aspect to the immediate area. Nice place to sit and have lunch or coffee
