Lovely street with a pedestrian only portion. It s home to the bucket fountain and many funky stores and pubs, eateries and buskers. Best place to sit somewhere and just gaze at passers by

Nice place to pick up souvenirs. Grab a bite to eat or stop off for a quick drink. All kinds of different shops including clothing stores, sports stores, just about everything you might be looking for. Definitely recommend this area if you are in Wellington.

People rave about Cuba Street, but we didn't get it. It wasn't very picturesque, the shops weren't great. A bit of a disappointment, to be honest.

Showing the effects of empty buildings & closed business still has a alternative vibe & some interesting shops

We visited during St Patricks day so all the bars were very busy and we could not get seats easily. A few good shops.

If you can’t find a place to eat on Cuba Street you don’t appreciate good food. No matter what type of food, you can find a restaurant here that will have just what you want. Most places are fairly small in size so be prepared...More
