I’d never been here despite having lived in Wellington for 8 years in the past. We saw Chicago here. It’s a lovely old building with character.

... between Cuba Street and Courtenay Place. I wanted to see the old theatre building, and Die Fledermaus. Neither disappointed. I found the seating, and leg space comfortable. However, it got uncomfortably warm towards the end of the show. I thought it was only me,...More

We saw Ocean Colour Scene here (really good) Our seats were really good, great views, good sound, easy access. looking around, all seats appeared to have good views. This is a really good functioning entertainment hall.

Recently watched a show here with our son and the seating could not be more perfect! Although we sat in the circle the stage did not feel far away at all.

Went to a concert on Wednesday night to see the 50th anniversary Cream concert and I was pleasantly surprised by the behaviour of the ushers/security people compared to the aggressive lot at St. James.
