We were two couples that were picked up by Susanna. We could not have asked for a better guide or companion. Her knowledge was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Susanna if you visit this area.

We booked Rotorua Naturally, which I wouldn’t recommend, and instead advise you should book a tour which includes admittance into the major thermal parks in Rotorua, pay the extra money and you will get a better tour. In leaving the ship it was a bit...More

This was the only tour which we booked in advance, and we were very happy. The tour was well executed. We started the tour from the beach, hot natural spring, Red wood... and finished it by visiting kiwi fruit farm. The van has good wifi.
