What a beautiful park to have a relaxing stroll. It is capped by a free to use natural hot spring flowing into the river. Young and old enjoy the soothing hot springs.

This is a great little alcove to sit in lovely warm water, just on the edge of the Waikato River. Make sure you don't park at the carpark near the main road, there's another one closer to the water.

Wow - a hot water fall with pools at the bottom to soak in on the side of the Waikato River. Really special.

We were disappointed because only 2 pools were functional out of 27. It was over crowded. We were refunded but disappointed for the wasted time.

It’s free and totally worth going. We went pretty late and OMG it was only the two of us. The location is good and after the gate closes no much of rush.

We had been wanting to visit a thermal pool whilst in New Zealand, but were wary of spending lots of money on an experience that was a imitation and over-hyped. So after talking to people on our kayak trip, we decided to go with the...More

We decided to go here last minute in search of something not too expensive but relaxing to do around Taupo. I think the entrance was around 10 dollar per person and you get to spend as much time in the pools as you wish. There...More
