Good exhibitions and perminant fixtures. Great place for the kids to explore on a wet day. There are many local historical pieces. Have a tourist centre there, shop and cafe attached

A great way to spend a few hours and it’s free. You have to pay for parking but the exhibitions inside are truly breathtaking. We really enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to see future events that will be here.

Unfortunately we arrived late in the afternoon, but the time we spent here was very interesting. We were lucky enough to see the National Geographic 50 best photos exhibition which was fantastic.

There was loads to see and learn about. Lots of interactive exhibits to keep the kids entertained and all of it was free to see and do. This was an awesome place and we could have easily gone back if we had more time.
