We dropped in here when we passed through Rotorua. The NZD 30.00 for a family was worth every cent. My kids loved switching between the three pools. It was beautiful and a real slice of history. We were able to use the showers to get...More

The Blue Baths are set in a cool old building, with some original details like the signage. (The dining room is set on a floor over a former bath.) It was pretty empty when we went, the last hour it was open in late December....More

It did not seem that Blue Baths was meant for a pool or bath from the setting. The grand decoration could be better for it to be a restaurant or venue for wedding, birthday party, etc. The building itself is like a classy mansion from...More

Had the pleasure of spending & hour or two here, having seen other reviews this is not to be confused with a Spa experience. Its a pool with 2 inner hot pools set in an historic building, if its a glitzy spa experience you're after...More

I love the blue baths. It is never very busy and it very relaxing being about to swim under a blue sky without streams of people being there. It is old and could be doing with some TLC, but it an old building, it has...More

Do not waste your time going here- the pools were filthy. Looks like they haven’t been given some much needed TLC for years. We felt horrible after being here and really itchy from the dirty water. The changing and shower facilities were equally as horrible.

Went with a group from Cambridge. Not what I was expecting, signs are faded almost to the stage where you can’t read them. The entry was through a dark, damp smelly reception room, the changing rooms were shabby and the pool itself looked old and...More

Love the fact that not many tourists go to this place! Great large pool for the kids to swim with hotter adult pols to the side so you can watch the kids from them

We agree with the reviewer that said that these baths are so under promoted. If you want to avoid the pricy mud-pool,spa etc sites, where you can pay over 100 dollars for a relaxing experience, here, for $11 each we had exclusive use of the...More
