These gardens are along Marine Parade. The gardeners were busy replanting and the patterns they were making will bode well for the spring and summer. A lovely place to just sit and perhaps eat lunch in the tranquility provided

These gardens are a great place to lunch or just hang out on a nice sunny Napier day. Such a pretty place.

This is a pleasant area to walk through adjacent to many hotels and a short walk from the main town and the visitors centre. Not huge but well laid out.

The gardens were pretty to look at, and fun to walk through. The location, on the Marine Parade, and just across the road from a whole string of hotels, makes them very accessible.

The sunken gardens in Napier are a lovely small garden just a short stroll from the main part of town. It is a public garden, not much seating available it is more walking through to admire the garden beds.

The park itself is small but beautiful and ideally located by the sea, making it suitable for either a leisure stroll or an exciting trip with children

I love walking through these gardens. I have been to Napier many times since 1981 when I first saw them and always make sure I take a wander through when I'm in Napier.
