I did the tour on Easter Sunday. All started ok, Matt our tour guide seemed very nice at first... until we got to our second stop at squeaky beach! He gave us the option to walk there or stay in the bus, wasn't very clear on the instructions! I was abit confused so asked politely if the walk to the... More

The start of the trip was okay, we were picked up and then brought to the headquarters where we were shuttled off onto another bus. The second bus that we were waiting for was a bit late, although that wasn't the worst yet. When we got onto the bus, everything was okay, the tour guide was nice and enthusiastic. However,... More

A variety of things to see, penguins are so cute! Penguins PLUS is a must! The pickup process was a little funky. The van was unmarked (they had to rent because it was a busy day!) and our driver forgot to pick someone up so we had to go back. There were several stops along the way to see different... More

Hi Jessica, Thanks for taking the time to leave us such a comprehensive review! The 'Ultimate' Phillip Island Tour is so called because with the 3 Parks Pass for Phillip Island, Seal Rock and the Nobbies and Moonlit Sanctuary it really does tick all the boxes for wildlife spotting! With our courtesy pick up service things can sometimes be delayed... More

Transport to Peninsula Hot Springs and Phillip Island Tour. Both trips were very well organised and managed. The tour leaders provided excellent commentary during the trip and the places we visited were well selected. I am sure that every body on the tours had an enjoyable and interesting trip. This a well established and experienced tour company and I will... More

Did the Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island tour with Darren and Phil, respectively. Both tours were very informative and enjoyable. Darren and Phil were both friendly and really nice, giving us ample time to see the sights perfectly and take some pictures. Phil even went out of his way to tour us around the Koala Conservatory and helped us... More

It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Simon, was an amazing guide - explaining history of the places, people and aboriginal stories. We had a small group people from all over the world. The tour was well coordinated without any problems. All the way, we were allowed enough time at each site and regular stops for restrooms. We visited... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
