Was in the area to visit the markets which were relatively "normal" produce and products but actually found this gallery nearby more interesting. Good representation of Tasmanian art and design.

Dealt with Caroline over the phone, in relation to purchasing prints by the great Australian photographer, Peter Dombrovski, namely “Rocky Bend Misty Morning”, as well as making enquiries re framing possibilities. My queries were very professionally addressed.

The Wild Island Gallery has some stunning landscape photography of Tasmania. The shop is very relaxing to browse in (I could have spent all morning there) and the Tasmanian gifts and nic-naks are reasonably priced.
