Great sandy beach, doesnt get too busy but the view is lovely and the place is friendly for families. A large play area is right behind the beach. Local parking is limited. Small cafe located nearby too.

Had lunch in a little cafe which over looks Long Beach. The view if stunning. Worth a look around the beach. If it had been warmer, there is a beach which my friend tells me is a great place to swim. Go for a look

It's really nice to go for a run of a morning along Long Beach, and it's great for the kids in the summer when they want to go for a swim. It winds round the water about 100m, then you can go on a boardwalk...More

Enjoyable walk, well defined pathways, eateries nearby. If keen, dip into the cool water for a swim.

Well there were the last time we were there, best to ask the resort. Would be very surprised if there weren't lights in the BBQ areas.
