Very worth visiting. A really well put together group of displays. Great animal skeletons and a Tassie Tiger!

Small museum separated into 3 floors of Tasmanian history (1) flaura & fauna, (2) white settlers exhibits, (3) white settlers impact on indigenous people. Interesting exhibits, especially for children (who especially liked the 1st floor). Interesting mix of architectural styles.

We were here for NAIDOC week and found the historical presentations fascinating and tragic. The museum is a great mix of contemporary art and historical displays. Great way to spend a cold Winter day.

Man, there is some funky, quirky and unusual exhibits at MONA. Spent two hours walking around the levels but could have spent a lot more. Fantastic.

The museum and art gallery are in heritage buildings, with good access for wheelchairs. The exhibits are interesting, with appealing display. Famous artists' work and lesser known pieces provide a good range. The historical artefacts are modern and old and give a very human dimension.

Loved coming here and seeing the amazing an varied collection. Highlights were the Antractic exhibit on L3, and the indigenous contemporary art and decorative arts.

The building is pure heritage, the displays are well put together and well worth the visit. I particularly liked the lycophene exhibit and the Antarctic display. Centrally located in Hobart. And free entry. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Could be the best few hours that...More
