It was our first ASO concert as we were visiting from out of town. The setting is very pretty- magnificent Victorian concert room, beautifully restored golden features. The orchestra seemed delighted with their performance. However there were grumbles of disappointment about quality of the performance...More

Brilliant rendition of the 'Star Wars' theme last night (5 August) at the Entertainment Centre. I was mesmerised, emotional and very proud of the talented ASO. It's rendition of the 'Star Wars' sounded 'just like the movie'. In addition, the ability to perform strong and...More

Thank you for taking the time to review the show. It’s wonderful to have such great supporters of the ASO and we love bringing such works to Adelaide audiences.

Both conductor and orchestra keep the audience enthralled. Clearly passionate and love sharing their talent. Took my 5 & 7 yr old nieces to the Christmas Proms- they loved it.

An excellent way to spend an evening. They are superb and the repertoires are terrific. Located in the city makes it convenient. The variety is very good.

The fabulous ASO is right up there with the best in the world. They have a a wealth of talent and are just as comfortable playing Led Zeppelin as Mozart. The soloists are amazing and can match it with their peers around the world. A...More

We often attend the lunchtime concerts at Elder Hall, a lovely old building for a great orchestra. There is really nothing to dislike about this venue, the orchestra, or the price of tickets.
