This was the highlight of our trip. Never seen anything like this beach. Swimmers paradise. The water is clear blue just like the pictures.

The view from Hill Inlet is amazing. As it is ever changing with the tide the view is always different. Nice little walk up to the lookout which is suitable for kids!

We visited Whitehaven Beach early morning and before hitting the beach went up to the lookout point. One can see the beach and the famous Hill Inlet from there. The view in morning due to high tide was blue waters and little bit of sand....More

Fabulous place but over-crowded with (mostly) backpackers, some of who failed to grasp the ambience of the tropical flora and thought they were in Ibiza bringing along their boombox to the beach. So gorgeous it really is a must visit place, but try and do...More

We went there during high tide, the size of beach is smaller but then the blues of the sea paint a nice picture! Not crowded with ppl so we can get nice photos, just 15 min short and easy walk from ugly bay, where our...More

If you are in the area get yourself here. Just like the post cards you see. A lovely place, to spend a few hours walking, taking pictures, and swimming.

Not sure, it’s quite a walk to the inlet which I think would be quite a lot for a 3 year old!
