WILD LIFE Hamilton Island is one of only a few places in the world where you can experience the thrill and excitement of cuddling a koala. This is an excellent opportunity to get up close and personal with one of Australia's most famous and unique animals. Other experiences include Breakfast with the Koalas, Koala Cuddle Photos, personal encounters with other animals including our Dingoes, Snakes and Lizards, our Keeper Tours (free with admission) and the Twilight Tour and BBQ. We purchased a family ticket which is really not value for money, the only good thing is that you can use the pass for the whole of your visit. I know that the cyclone has been through in the last 12months but it feels quite...More

I’ve visited the wildlife park during my stay once. As it is simply very very small I want you to know not to expect too much. A nice thing for families is the breakfast with the koalas or the dingo experience. In my opinion a...More

Expensive for what it is. The general admission was $27. We wanted to do the dingo experience which was additional but it was full. There is on the plus side a huge crocodile that you are able to get up close to. We also saw...More

Make sure to go during one of the feeding tours. It does not cost any extra and the tour guide will get the animals close enough to pet and touch. Whole thing takes less than an hour.

I took my two children here as they wanted to see the crocodile. We paid $59 entry and left after 15 minutes having walked through the whole "park". I was upset on leaving as I expect a much higher standard of enclosure in Australia. The...More
