The beach is so clean and the fine white sand is perfect for walking on. The backdrop of the high rise buildings make for great pics.

The iconic Surfers Paradise Beach. A great place to swim and hangout. With cafes and shops just over the road, everything is so close. The only challenge is finding a park. And don’t let your parking expire as the rangers are very good at their...More

On pictures looks better! Not so blue and clear water. Very limited place for swimming plus moves all the time by guards due to currents. Very wavy (guess perfect for the surfers :) ).

warm water and well patrolled by lifesavers but remember to always swim between the flags as there can be some strong rips that the untrained eye can't see.

Our experience is that you just leave your stuffit in a bag, take a swim. Nerver ever lost anything. The Australians are very honest and nerver heard about any steelings.
