This was an amazing museum which you can take your time to take it all in. Divided into regional displays and the staff are more than happy to answer any questions. Could have spend all day wandering through the exhibits.

Impressive collection of various armoured vehicle and artillery. Informative and entertaining and well with a visit. You need at least an hour minimum as there are lots of displays to read and information to read. Throughly recommend for any military enthusiasts.

With over a 100 exhibits well worth a quick visit, next door to the skyline terminal so pop in before or after for a quick couple of hours. The largest collection in the southern hemisphere.

It is about 15 minutes north of Cairns. Other attractions in the immediate area are Skyrail, Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park and water board park. Cheers
