This is just your average library, located on the south river bank, next to the Gallery of modern art. Most people we met there were doing various kinds of research and not just reading for fun, which we found somehow odd. Still, it's worth a...More

Thanks for your review, for a quiet space you may also like to visit Level 2,3 or 4 and like all public places I would suggest not leaving your belongings unattended. I hope you will visit again.

The resources at this library are impressive. It's a great place to work at a quiet table. Excellent wi-fi. A great cafe outside, too.

Thanks very much for your review, a positive about our wi-fi is that it is available 24 hours a day and you can access it even when the Library is closed.

The library has a range of books, however there is much more available. There is free wifi and computer access (without going into the reading area) as well as free children's programs running during the day.

Our family loves hanging out at SLQ on the weekend. Such an amazing building, beautiful architecture and incredible collections. The cafe is not bad either! The Corner and Asia-Pacific Design library are our favourites. Also a great place to read the paper over a coffee!More
