The only access is via transport (your car). peaceful riverside walk or picnic/party/childrens day. Dogs must be on a leash - no off-leash area. But very level and easy walking. Plenty of covered seating & BBq areas.

We regularly take the kids here to cool down and burn off steam. It's a great family place. The varying pools is something our kids just love to splash though.

I have seen signs in areas to say this is reserved for an event. Contact Brisbane city council. I also just googled reserve rocks riverside and it took me straight to the website to book an area.

I believe that it opens at 7.00am although I have never been there that early as we usually have lunch in the park.
