There's nothing to get too excited about here, but then Darwin isn't really known for shopping. Early in the morning and on Sunday afternoons it gets very quiet along the Mall - not much to see or do. Unless you really need a shopping fix...More

We came here on Boxing Day and it was like a ghost town. Cotton On is the only major shop here, the rest are boutiques, camping shops and souvenir shops. There are also plenty of ‘massage’ places that seem to be open 24 hours a...More

The Mall has some nice cafes & touristy shops as well as some really good jewellery shops. It is not a large shopping mall but is worth a visit. I managed to purchase an opal pendant from the jewellers & a Darwin NT shirt for...More

I was shocked that the main mall in Darwin was so underwhelming ! We walked through a couple of times and were never inspired by any of the shops. We went into a souvenir shop that was overpriced and full of unwanted souvenirs. It is...More

But on the upside, parking is much cheaper than any other state capital. The mall is very small and the most upmarket shop is Betts. You can find a good coffee at the Rabbit Hole and a few ok eats in between, for good food...More
