The Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT) is the NT's premier cultural institution. Enjoy permanent exhibition highlights such as Cyclone Tracy, Natural History and Sweetheart, a famous croc as well as exciting temporary exhibitions. Enjoy a meal at the picturesque Cornucopia cafe overlooking the sea or purchase a book or gift at the Store at the Museum. Entry is free. Fantastic! Allow lots of time. We needed several visits to take it all in! Don't miss the boats in the maritime gallery, or the Cyclone Tracy display!

Went mainly to see the Cyclone Tracey experience. But an excellent facility woth numerous galleries of artifacts and indigenous art. Cyclone Tracey exhibit excellent. Small coffee shop and gift shop. Easy access via the city bus.

Easy access for all.. Modern. Very interesting for all age groups.. Beaut cafe and clean facilities. Car parking is close and good bitumen

A world class display of Aboriginal craft and art and a quality account in images, sounds and stories of the WW2 bombing and the cyclone. Suitable for all ages with a Marine life and maritime Museum including full size fishing boats.

Very informative.Paintings and stories behind them/ Top end wildlife in every angle. Spent a good half an hour figuring out the birds. Cyclone experience / Sweet heart the crocodile ---- loved it and it's all free.
