Booked 6 tickets to celebrate my mum's birthday. The experience made it more enjoyable due to the good vibe of people from the other groups. The boat was almost late and we had trouble locating which boat to board as there was no one waiting at the dock or any sign to make it easier for the guests to know where to go. This would be helpful especially for people who have never had a cruise before. The lady on the 1300 657 103 was quite dismissive when we called and just hung up. The food variety was good and looked good but tasted very bland and in need of more effort for taste. We waited for an hour until they announced we could eat. The entertainment was good. 'Elvis' was a great singer and his outfit was great but it felt like the whole 'Elvis' experience went way too quickly. He sang for about 20 to 30 minutes and that was it. I was expecting a full hour or more of singing from Elvis (I mean it is the Elvis Cruise right?) and the crowd was even asking for more songs but was completely ignored. The rest of the remaining 30-45 mins involved all of the guests dancing and conga dancing and eventually fizzled out because the guests were either too sick to dance cos of the boat swaying too much or just bored from dancing to Macarena. The desert was a shocker to say the least. Just tea and chocolate cake pieces. Need more variety to make up for the not so impressive lunch buffet! The host and staff were fine. Apart from that the microphone needs to be changed cos I couldn't understand what the host was saying most of the time. You have to make your own fun to make it a great experience. If the food was improved, more decorations or music playing that suited the 'theme' and entertainment was extended to at least an hour or more with more energy and dancing than it would be a more thoroughly worth while experience! Get it to bring the 'Elvis' vibe! It should be honored more properly!

It was a pleasant enough way to spend 3 hours of our evening in Sydney. Basic set up on a 2-deck, twin-hauled boat with 6 to 8 people at a table, so if you're looking for a cosy couple set up, this may not be the cruise for you. Buffet food was average and we were asked to help ourselves table by table. Fair enough since there wasn't much space for everyone to go up at the same time. However, depending on where you are sitting, you could wait almost an hour for your turn at the buffet, while the tables that went up first finished eating long before you even got to the buffet for your turn. The cruise was around the Sydney Harbour and the boat just kept going round in circles which meant the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, etc to your left, right, front, back, over & over again the entire cruise. The last bit after you've had your fill and taken numerous photos of all the Sydney Icons, was a bit dragged out and while we had an enjoyable time, couldn't wait for the cruise to end. Worth the amount we paid through a heavily discount website, but we wouldn't pay the full price they normally charge, for this cruise.

I went on this deal from Groupon with Sydney Pearl Cruise. Cost was about AUD 40 on the deal for a 3 hour cruise. Option was for lunch and dinner. Since I had previously done a lunch tour with another operator, I was more inclined for the evening tour, to see the city lights and the sunset.
The boat was not too big and about average. Not too impressed. As we climbed up the stairs to the first floor and seated,we were served with a bread roll and butter. the cruise actually departed at 7:15 and not 7. The food was served in 15 minutes. In my previous lunch tour, I thought the food was not good. I had checked the menu it mentioned a few chicken options and the menu seemed better for this deal. But to my utter disappointment and shock, the food was horrible. The food had pasta, sticky rice, chicken wings in asian style, another variant of chicken, steamed vegetables. The salad table had three variants. There were fresh fruits and later tea and coffee. The crew seemed to be in a hurry to close the food and take away the plates.
The food just too horrible. Its almost as if you are paying for the three hour cruise, without the food. Now coming to the cruise, well its about ok. The boat keeps circling around the side of the harbor, without going across the bridge for a long time. It took a few rounds before going on the other side of the bridge. The views are good. You can go up to the upper deck and click picks. As the sunsets, and the weather is clear, then its beautiful.
The only good part I can think of was the music they played. They have a bar, so you can get drinks and buy a bottle of wine or beer and have a good time. They have a dance floor at the lower deck, so if you want to shake a leg, thats the place.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend. Usually, one would expect a good experience of a cruise with good food, views, etc. This one was a bit boring, it went round and round and really slowly. At times the boat stopped. The food is pathetic. There are no viewing balconies on first lelve deck. The boat is a bit small, and dodgy. If you ask me, pleae dont go on this. Its better to pay more and get a better experience. This cruise makes you feel cheated and hungry for more.

Vivid cruise 2nd June. As advised arrive 15mins prior well what a shambles there were hundreds of people waiting for cruise pick up same area no one had a clue what was going on.
The boat finally arrived 6.15 and left about 6.30 halt hr late but got back on time.
Charged $10 for beers advisertised on web site as $9.
There were no saugage roll no party pies and no spinach and ricotta pastries as advisertised.
When I asked the girl serving food she just shrugged her shoulders and said all gone.
The chicken was not as advisertised but the large group of Indians seem to like them as poor girl could not move to give them to ither guests. The DJ also seemed to play music to cater for the indian taste.
We were not the only people who were unhappy.
All up terrible night know it was vivid and busy but very pourly organised.
Have being on cruise before twice and enjoyed but this cruise really disappointed.

We were group of 27 from the same high school, celebrated our year end. Raul was very professional and always kept me in the loop of picking up wharf. I got excellent reviews from my group. Lunch was delicious with good spread. Highlight was the Elvis show with signing and dancing. We paid $59 for 3 hrs of harbour cruise, lunch, Elvis show, tea/coffee with brownie. Staff was very friendly. We had a great time. Thank you Sydney Pearl Cruise.

Thank you so much guys for a great Boxing Day Cruise. Special thank you to the captain for effortlessly maneuvering busy traffic on the harbor for the Sydney to Hobart race. And getting us close to the starting line. There was variety of food, prawns, oysters, lots of salad choices and meat. Beef was super tender and yammy. Desert was lovely, tender (green thing) not too sweet just how we like it. Thank you again for a special day on the harbor. We will be back again ⛵ 🙏
Suggestion for improvement to have a guest guide to welcome at the pier not to mix up with other boats.

We had the best day on the harbour watching the Boxing Day Sydney to Hobart start. This cruise is seriously good value - great viewing deck, great buffet, fantastic staff and an INCREDIBLE captain.
This wasn't the flashest boat, but it was value all round.
The food was good, the service happy, the viewing deck really large for the people on board, the music play a lot of fun (go the 80s!) but the Captain nailed it...
We could have paid more, sat inside and had a fancier meal - but would we have had an open deck and the great position we had...no, we saw the others.
Loved it.
Great stuff.

Best NewYear ever !
Fireworks & Fun - but the Captain and Crew made the whole experience even better.
Food was really good, fresh and plentiful.
Free dinks & tea coffee and cakes.
Only negative - for constructive feedback - toilets could be better and boarding experience could easily be made better. Better signage and tidied Marina entrance would provide a more pleasant welcome. But the cruise and crew were fab !

What a fun way to spend 3 hours on a lovely Sunday afternoon, on beautiful Sydney Harbour. The crew were excellent, the food good, and the girls who sang in the Abba Tribute show were really funny and entertaining. This was our second cruise, and is a "must do"!! Big thanks to Raoul and his team.
