Even if you are not a swimmer, you will enjoy seeing Manly Beach. Today we watched as dozens of children were taking surfing lessons, we walked along the beach to Shelly Beach and came back to do more people watching and sight seeing along the...More

A popular place yet the beach is so long that it's never crowded. Just chill out wandering along the promenade watching those of a more energetic nature out in the surf. Pretty There's not just the beach though, the town area is pretty with lots...More

The ferry trip from Circular Quay is always lovely and a great way to see some of the harbour, but the crowds on a Sunday can be huge. It's difficult to get into a restaurant and it certainly isn't one of Sydney's best beaches, but...More

Manly has a lot to give, beaches(Manly, Shelly, Fairlight beaches are the best) Manly and Shelly beaches a bit busier then the Fairlight beach. If you like surfing and playing with waves Manly beach is the best.

The beach is a surf beach, very safe for swimming or surfing, nice golden sand and picture perfect. This is a must see if your traveling from overseas.

A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take
you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches
here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the
day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is
a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the
Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are
plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent
cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants
