Neat beaches. Good cafes & restaurants around. Public restrooms well maintained.Souveniers shop in the area are good & prices are affordable. Ferry timings to Sydney circular quay are easily available. Ferry jetty offer vegan options as well.

There are reduced travel prices on a Sunday so there were hundreds of people on the ferry heading to Manly. It was fun to watch the surfers and was a cute market. We sat in the sun on a roof top bar enjoying the sunshine....More

The Manly ferry is worth the trip. Come for the day, and have a sunset dinner over the wharf. Bring your swimmers, as the water may still be warm for snorkeling. Recommend bike hire to see more area, in a shorter amount... More

It's beautiful anytime on Manly beach and Shelley beach. Weather should be OK we are still having sunny days and mild temperatures. Ride the ferry over from Circular Quay.
