Yes, just a fancy fountain with a really high pressure, but it does represent the memory of the time and the people who came before us, from Captain James Cook onwards. Operates between 1100 and 1400 daily and best viewed from the northern shoreline of...More

Pretty hard to rate the water jet by itself as a must see, after all it is only a jet of water. Take in the lake walk while you are there.

Great to see the jet working again. On our last trip it was out of action. My kids enjoyed looking out for it and going down to the park to watch it work. Good job getting working again. Thankyou!!

Lots of history and you can learn by just reading as you walk around. At the moment the pumps are out of order so the jet isn't working.

As well as a good place to chill out, it is also a good picnic spot. It is also a great area to view the fireworks but you need to get there early to secure a spot so take shade and make a day of...More

It's lovely when it's going but it's not and there is no definite time for when it will be back in action.
