The best day in Canberra with Marg Wade. Felt like we were having a fun day with a good friend. She tailored the tour to cover all the things we wanted. Should have brought her book. Next time. Marg is a five star tour guide.

Drove from Sydney for the NRL (Warriors Vs Canberra). It was a pleasant surprise. The stadium is old but in my opinion has been well maintained. There are heaps of toilet facilities and were very clean. I found the seat to be a decent size....More

The best stadium to watch the footy. Plenty of parking, excellent view from anywhere in the stadium and has a fully functioning TAB inside for the last minute punt. Watching any sport here will not let you down.

Free bus travel from the city which was great and only 15 minutes. A bit slow getting into the stadium as it didn't seem there was a dedicated bus entry/lane. Good selection of food and drinks. No queues compared to Allianz. Not alot of protection...More

We enjoy going to GIO stadium for events, especially NRL. It is easy to access with plenty of parking. Good seats are available for a reasonable price. Facilities are well located and clean. My only complaint is the lack of food choice. Plenty of chips,...More

This is a traditional concrete stadium for a relatively small crowd size. The atmosphere is still able to build up however. I imagine it gets cold during the winter! We watched a super rugby game, stadium had 11,000 attendees and it was pretty good seats....More
