Waited 15min for a coffee that I paid £2.50 for. It was burnt, the milk burnt me, worst coffee ever. At one point the lady went into the kitchen for 5 while min while I was waiting just to order....

Large mature park, lovely place to take your dog for a walk or for a casual stroll. A bit run down mansion, hopefully this will get changes soon when the renovation of the park takes place.

Been here for the vintage market in the mansion today and I could definitely see the potential of this park. So many families and dog walkers where there. Folks on picnic blankets, relaxing people resting on the grass, others enjoying the cakes from the mansion...More

I played golf here - badly - many, many years ago and always thought it a spectacular course, with its fairways crossing the valley and its fine old trees. Well, the golf has gone, but the fairways and the trees remain, leaving a beautiful place...More

This used to be one of the nicest parks in london. The golf course and it's cafe had a nice atmosphere. Now it's all about dog walking, cars with cages, barking throughout the park and dog poo. Tranquility is gone. I thought the old setup...More

Pending review It's a nice park, lovely in fact BUT it used to be simply wonderful, atmospheric, busy, and loved by everyone who saw it and used it. But now all feedback just concentrates on walking, and 'emptying dogs' - important but not a replacement...More

Now that the golf course faculty is closed and lots of trees have been planted this park has amazing opportunity for visitors. I understand a lake is in the planning which will add value to the relaxation. A quality restaurant for casual dining and teas...More

I agree with David Hansom's review. My wife and I do visit the park occasionally but the experience is not as pleasant as when the golf course was there, but without a dog you are the odd one as the majority of visitors appear to...More

This is potentially going to be a very good park. Until recently it was a golf course but it is now open to the public as a park. The mansion house on site also has potential.Too many dogs however. There needs to be a designated...More
