When I was making GIRIVALAM ( Giri pradakhina) of Holy mountain Arunachala. Evening is the best time to visit , so that you can sit and watch the mountain from area.

This is one of the eight Siva temples (known as Ashta lingams) situated on the pathway passing around the famous Girivalam( Mountain route) that goes around the mountain revered as the God Shiva himself.

This is one of the attraction of the Girivalam . Anyone going for the 14 kilometer walk around the holy Arunachalam will come across this place . Most people stop here to feel the divine and pray. . There are always sanyasi around here ....More

It is one among the eight lingams in girivalam path. Named after direction name Niruthi in Telugu( South West direction in English).

One of the ashtalingam on the Girivalam way. We had very good darshan in the temple. In the Ashtalingam,Nirudhi lingam is the god of demons.
