Performing the Girivalam/Giripradakshina on a visit to Tiruvannamalai, is a journey to spiritual and physical wellness. A 14km walk around the divine hill. Early morning is the perfect time to start the walk. The route is quite easy to follow with sign boards and also safe.

We did the Girivalam by driving around as it was past 8 pm and we had just climbed the mountain hours earlier. We had visited all the temples and it was a blessing to see all the Lingas.
