They do have crafts from various parts of Oaxaca. There is a market a few steps away that have similar items. The market is a warren and this is displayed with care.

This is not so much a "museum" as it is a retail store for Oaxaca handicrafts. It has weaving looms and craft demonstrations that were interesting to watch. But beware: the employees, while knowledgeable in crafts, can be VERY pushy when it comes to selling...More

Real interesting and informative . Lovely products for sale. There are tours from the cruise ships when they are in port, a bit crowded then. A good place to look around.

Excellent examples of crafts from the villages surrounding Oaxaca City. We have visited the all the villages where the crafts are from and these are all great pieces from there.
