The sensation of the late 18th century in the field of botany was the discovery of a new continent filled with exotic plants unknown to the rest of the world. The Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan displays around 2000 of these, set in 416 hectares of hills and lakes. The Garden features a number of ecosystems unique to Australia including the endangered Cumberland Plain Woodland, native wildlife, children' playground, restaurant, picnic shelters, free gas barbecues, and a gift shop and nursery. The Australian Botanic Garden is the largest botanic garden in Australia and the most popular visitor attraction in the Camden district.

The Australian Botanic Garden is large and fascinating. From the large Wollemi Pine near the parking area to the Plant Bank and the opportunities to learn about Australia’s flora (and fauna) it is a treat to visit.

Loved our visit to the beautiful Australian Botanical gardens. Had friends from overseas with us and they were super impressed with the native plants. Will come back and explore more.

I would doubt you could as the garden is in the middle of suburbia and drones cannot be flown in built up areas.
