We recently visited polar park with high expectations based on advertising and reviews. Even though we spent quite some time in the park, we did not get to see many animals and if we did, only from far away. Moreover, it is nearly impossible to...More

Had a great walking hike through park. Walking area very nice but area where the animals area was tall weeds and hard to see some of the animals. Beautiful river you get to walk across.

The park is set in a really beautiful environment and it's so great to see that the animals have plenty of space (even though that means you might not get to see some of them). However, the wolf experience was a one-in-a-lifetime experience! So amazing,...More

Visited the Polar Park through an excursion booked with Fred Olsen during a cruise to the Norwegian Arctic. Very memorable experience walking through a 'Winter Wonderland' during heavy snow showers. Got to view most of the animals but, sadly, the wolves refused to play which,...More

3 hours journey each way from Tromso just to be able to see the lynx, wolves, one reindeer and a couple of musk. The restaurant they have is really sad, just with a selection of a couple of muffins and one or two bagels. They...More

There were 3 lynxes, 4 wolves, 2 ordinary deer (not reindeer), 2 moose/elk, that was all the animals. They don’t have Foxes or wolverines any more. No Reindeer, bears were hibernating. No birds. We drove an hour to the park and spent NOK520, very disappointed.
