This is a picturesque beach good for sunbathing. Water level is not very deep and hence not a swimming beach. Was over crowded on a day the sun was out.

We travelled here from Maenam for the day and it was well worth the visit. The South part by the Black Pearl restaurant has some rocks which gives some reasonable snorkelling. The sea is very clear.

Fantastic clean beach and clear water. Recommend car and bike parking out on the main road as the vehicle parking by the beach itself can be chock-a-block. Suggest you bring a beach towel and a shade of some sort as the sun can get very...More

A small but wonderful beach with crystal clear waters. Climb the rocks and enjoy amazing views of the beach.

Beaut fine white sand. Not too crowded. Several restaurants and hotels on the beach. Safe for kids. Very gentle incline into the water. A few boulders, a few sea lice, but poor visibility in July.

Clean beach with crystal clear water, looks like a postcard, but... it’s real!! You can snorkel in the shallow water.

This as got to be one of the best beaches on Samui Fine white sand, crystal clear water. Beautiful surroundings and hardly no one coming around trying to sell you things you don't want

Silver Beach was one of our favourite beaches on Samui. Great little restaurants, nice sand, and calm shallow waters. We visited this beach several times and highly recommend it. It is very family friendly - lots of kids.

you really need to get on a boat and visit the islands. generally there is no good off-beach snorkelling in Koh Samui. same goes for Kao Lak - you need to go to the Similan or Surin islands.
