You can book Darshan tickets online. Not sure abt booking of an offering. Yiu can try getting an accomodation in Shree Gajanan Maharaj Mutt which is walkable distance from the temple, neat, clean and economical.

On normal days, darshan requires atleast 3 to 4 hrs without online booking. on ekadashi it can possibly take around 8 to 12 hours or more depending on the time you visit. For an infant it would be very tiring.
